Humanity, Empathy, Authenticity.
Therapy is a collaborative, confidential process where a trained therapist helps you explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns that affect your well‑being. It’s a safe, nonjudgmental space to gain clarity about past experiences, understand how they shape current relationships and behaviors, and develop practical skills for coping, communication, and problem‑solving. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, parenting struggles, life transitions, or simply want to grow, therapy supports self‑awareness, emotional healing, and more empowering choices. The pace and focus are guided by your goals—therapists listen, reflect, teach tools, and work with you to build resilience and healthier connections.
About Gabriella
Welcome! I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, children, and families can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that helps people gain insight, heal from past experiences, strengthen relationships, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic principles. I believe our early relationships shape how we view ourselves and connect with others, and that greater self-awareness can lead to meaningful and lasting change. At the same time, I believe every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and healing when provided with a safe and compassionate therapeutic relationship.
I enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, grief, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by current circumstances, processing difficult experiences, or hoping to better understand yourself, I strive to meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.
It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they work toward healing, personal growth, and more fulfilling relationships. My hope is that each person leaves therapy feeling more connected to themselves, empowered in their relationships, and equipped with the tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
Why Start Therapy? Looking Beyond the Stigma
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when we’ve been taught to handle things on our own or keep our struggles to ourselves. There can be a stigma surrounding therapy, but seeking support is not a sign of weakness. It’s an opportunity to better understand yourself, explore your experiences, and create meaningful change.
You don’t have to wait until you reach a breaking point to begin therapy. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and feel heard without judgment.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s wrong with you. It’s about understanding what has shaped you, recognizing patterns that may no longer serve you, and building a deeper connection with yourself and others. You deserve a space where you can show up as you are, explore what feels difficult, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, self-awareness, and care for yourself. You don’t have to navigate everything alone.
